Bob and Penny Hole, South Wayne, and Tim and Rhonda Pehl, Gratiot, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mackenzie Fay Hole, to Brian Matthew McCauley, son of Matthew and Cathy McCauley, Gratiot.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Black Hawk High School and currently attends Blackhawk Technical College, pursuing a nursing degree. She is employed at the Monroe Clinic hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant and does home care. She is also an EMT with Green County EMS in Monroe.
The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Black Hawk High School. He is a third-generation self-employed dairy farmer on the family farm outside of Gratiot.
A Nov. 27 wedding is planned at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Gratiot with a reception to follow at Bridges in Darlington.
