Cyndi Blair and Larry Foley, both of Monticello, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. The bride-to-be's parents are Barb and Dale Sullivan, Youngstown, Ohio and Roy Blair and Susi Nehls, Monticello. The future groom's parents are Dennis and Sandy Foley, Kenosha.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of ITT Technical College, Youngstown Ohio. She is a computer aided design technician at Ramaker & Associates in Sauk City.

The future groom is a 2005 graduate of Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville. He is an automotive technician at Symdon Chevrolet & Pontiac in Evansville.

A Nov. 1 wedding is planned at Zwingli Church in Monticello.
