ARGYLE - Doris Schultz, associate grand conductor of the Order of the Eastern Star in Wisconsin, will visit Alpha Chapter No. 114 during the chapter meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 in Argyle.
Every chapter of the Eastern Star in Wisconsin is visited by a state officer each year. The officer explains the various charitable projects of the Grand Chapter, which include cancer research, heart research, cheer fund for the Wisconsin Masonic Hope, World of Youth, Eastern Star Foundation to assist needy members, and ESTARL scholarship. This year's project will benefit Occupaws of Wisconsin.
The meeting is open to all members of the Eastern Star. A short program will be presented by Schultz. Refreshments will follow the meeting.
