MONROE - The Easter cantata, "Upon This Rock" by Pepper Choplin, will be presented by combined choirs of Grace Lutheran Church and Union Presbyterian Church at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 6 at Grace Lutheran, 1025 15th Ave., and at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 7 at Union Presbyterian Church, 2707 5th St.
The cantata leads listeners through Peter's experience with Christ; his call, his confession, his denial, his restoration and his sending out.
