ALBANY - New rodeo stars will be born during the "Dairyland Donkey Basketball Show" at the Albany school. Doors open at 6 p.m. Friday, and the first show starts at 7 p.m.
The show is basketball played on real, live donkeys. All players riding donkeys will be local residents.
The show is sponsored by the Albany FFA. All of the proceeds will benefit the Albany FFA Chapter activities.
Advance tickets can be purchased for $8 from members of the Albany FFA or at Dom's After Dark, Albany schools, Everything Decks, Brewers Center Tavern, Dam Near Home or from Craig Krueger at Dearth Motors in Monroe. Tickets also will be available at the gate for $11 the night of the show.
The Albany FFA Alumni will be operating a food and snack stand.
