MONROE — Chelsea White and Douglas Walker of Country Financial offices in Monroe and Freeport present Captain Dahlen of the Monroe Police Dept. with checks totaling $6,000 raised through the golf outing in August sponsored by Country Financial. 

White and Walker matched the amount of the original amount of the check with $1,500 from each office. Captain Dahlen said the money could tentatively be used for upgrades to body cameras and a squad MDC for field training. 

Country Financial is planning a golf outing for July 8, 2023 to benefit the Monroe Fire Dept.
