MONROE - The monthly meeting of the Green County Democrats and Progressives will begin at 5 p.m. Feb. 12 at Leisure Lanes, 2308 6th Ave., Monroe. Social and dining time will begin at 5 p.m. with the meeting at 6 p.m. Guest speaker Lisa Graves will discuss the ways in which "dark money" groups exert undue influence on politics and elections.
