FAYETTE, Iowa - Upper Iowa University announced the names of its August 2013 graduates.
Area graduates were:
• Brenda Coplien, Monroe, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in public administration.
• Dawn Mulligan, Monroe, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in human services.
• Janel Oster, Belleville, graduated with a Master of Business Administration in corporate financial management emphasis.
• Signe Whalen, Brodhead, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in human services.
Cum laude is awarded to those with a 3.3 through 3.59 GPA.
