MILWAUKEE - Three area students are among the 2,000 who received their diplomas from Marquette University at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee May 22.

Marquette University is a Catholic, Jesuit university that draws its more than 11,500 students from all 50 states and more than 75 countries.

Belleville: Grace Wood, Bachelor of Arts, communication studies

Darlington: JoAnna Tulachka, Bachelor of Science, nursing

Monroe: Tai Lu, Bachelor of Science, biological sciences
