AMES, Iowa - The following area students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the 2016 fall semester dean's list at Iowa State University. Students named to the dean's list must have earned a GPA of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
Albany: Colton Steven Purdy, industrial design
Monroe: Samantha Mae Devoe, animal science
Monticello: Emilie F. Gietzel, dairy science
RIVER FALLS - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls fall semester dean's list has been released.
To be named to the dean's list, a full-time undergraduate must earn a GPA of at least 3.5 on a scale of 4.0, or midway between an "A" and "B" average.
Two students from Brodhead who made the list are Cassandra Mcguire, social work, and Peter Speckman, agricultural engineering.
