FENNIMORE - Southwest Tech has announced its Dean's List for the fall 2015-2016 semester. Students qualify if they are full time - taking a minimum of 12 credits that apply towards a degree program - and earn a GPA of 3.0 or greater for the semester. Local students named to the Dean's List are:

STEVENS POINT - The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point honored more than 2,580 undergraduate students for attaining high GPAs during the fall semester of the 2015-2016 academic year.

Full-time undergraduates who earned GPAs of 3.90 to 4.0 are given the highest honors designation. High honor citations go to those with GPAs from 3.75 to 3.89, and honor recognition is accorded to those with GPAs from 3.50 to 3.74. Personalized certificates of scholastic achievement are being sent to those who earned highest honors distinction.

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, has announced the names of students who achieved Dean's List status for the 2015 fall semester.

A student must earn a 3.5 GPA and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours to be recognized.

Alexis M. Hanson, New Glarus, was named to the Dean's List.



AKRON, Ohio - Amanda Bauman of Monroe was named to the University of Akron's fall 2015 Dean's List. Bauman is majoring in child development.

To be eligible, students must maintain a GPA of 3.500-3.999 and be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours for the semester.
