Sylvan and Nancy Dammen are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Dammen and Nancy Leu were married Dec. 3, 1961 in Darlington at the Emmanuel Evangelical United Church of Christ.
They have four children: Jeff (Mary) Dammen, Nannette (Tom) Hilliard, Jamie (Michelle) Dammen, Amy (Craig) Thoman. They also have 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family is planning a celebration from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4 at Lelle's Bar in Woodford.
