BROOKLYN - The Dairy Days Committee is seeking nominations for the Green County Dairy Days Awards honoring two "Farm/Agri-Business Women" and "Oldest Active Farm Couple" who are an active part of any farm, agriculture operation or business.
The contest is open to anyone who lives or works in Green County. The contest is divided into three divisions: Women under age 40, women over age 40 and oldest active farm couple.
Entries are due on Friday, June 13. One winner will be selected from each category. Winners will be announced at the Queen Banquet on June 21. Winners will also ride in the parade on Sunday, June 22 in Brooklyn and be recognized again at the crowning of the county queen and princess.
