MONROE - Tom and Kay Olson saw an ad in The Monroe Times advertising Cousins Subs interest in coming to Monroe. They answered the ad and became the franchise owner of their first Cousins Subs store.

Kay Olson, who retired from Badgerland Financial after 45 years on the job, also has a framing and scrapbooking store in Freeport. She and Tom are thrilled to have the new Cousins Subs store in Monroe and invite everyone to come visit them and enjoy their delicious subs.

Their two daughters have strong ties to Monroe and are focused on the future as they both are teachers. Cory Hirshbrunner is the principal of Northside Elementary School and Monroe Virtual School and is married to Dave Hirshbrunner. Lindsay Olson is an EB Teacher at the Monroe Middle School. Celebrate the Olsons' opening of their new store and wish them and Ryan Dahmen, store manager, much success.
