MCCONNELL - The McConnell Area Historical Society will hold its Christmas Cookie Walk and Holiday Open House from noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 12 at the museum located at 202 E. Main St.

A large selection of Christmas cookies and other baked goods will be available for purchase. Santa Claus will be on hand from 2 to 4 p.m. for the children to visit and share what they would like for Christmas. The public is invited.
