MONROE - All are invited to a special Loaves and Fishes community meal from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 28 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1025 15th Ave., Monroe. An authentic Latin American meal, including pork and beef soft-shell tacos and tamales with beans and rice, will be served, followed with flan with caramel topping. Beverage selections will be chocolate and white milk, coffee and lemonade.
