MONROE — Colony Brands has announced Dan Bailey as the 2020 recipient of the Ray Kubly Achieve-ment Award. Named after the founder of Colony Brands, this annual award spotlights employees who go above and beyond their given job duties, offer a significant contribution to the business and embody one or more of Colony Brands’ core values. 

The award is presented as Colony Brands celebrates its founding 94 years ago. Bailey has worked for the company for 15 years and is originally from the west side of Chicago.

While he embodies the spirit of many of the values practiced at Colony Brands, his quiet approach to achieving excellence stands out. Bailey is well known around Colony Brands for his talent, hard work and humbleness. As an art director for Ashro, he has excelled as a system visionary, a technology expert and a genuinely nice guy. 

The Ray Kubly Achievement Award also recognizes Corporate Honors and Corporate High-Performance recipients.
