UW-Whitewater

WHITEWATER — Treise Langhammer from Brooklyn, a member of the UW-Whitewater Collegiate DECA chapter, contributed to a team performance at the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida, from April 13-16.

Langhammer and her partner won second place in the Entrepreneurship — Starting a Business competition. 

She also received an Academic Honor award by holding a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above, and earned a blue level Passport Leadership award for engagement and leadership throughout the year.


Western Technical College

LA CROSSE — Ian Matchett, Associate of Science — Liberal Arts program student from New Glarus, was named to Western Technical College’s President’s List of High Distinction for the Spring 2019 term.

To be included on the President’s List, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and carry 12 or more credits in an associate’s degree or technical diploma program.
