The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is offering Flag Football for any fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade boy or girl. The cost is $19.Flag Football is held Tuesdays after school at Recreation Park. The first practice is from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 9th or all participants.
