MONROE - Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 1603 16th Ave., will host a special Mother's Day service at the 10:30 a.m. service on May 10.

The special service will highlight the role of Christian women.

After the service, there will be light refreshments served in Luther's Court. Mothers will be given a flower to remember the occasion.
