ALBANY - The Albany United Methodist Church, 500 Park St., is starting a new women's group called "WOW." Meetings will be held monthly.
The first meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sept. 8. The gathering will include a time of devotions, fellowship and food.
Those who attend should bring their favorite pair of bedroom slippers or wear them to the meeting.
