BROWNTOWN - The Browntown Peace Church will host its annual ice cream social from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at Browntown Peace Church, 312 East South St., Browntown. There will be barbecues, hot dogs, potato salad, chips, baked beans, cheese, pie, ice cream, lemonade and coffee. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for kids 6 to 12, and free for kids 6 and under.
