MONROE - Jordan Lutheran Church will hold an outdoor church service at 3 p.m. July 10 at the Twining Park bandshell, followed by a concert with local praise bands and a potluck until 6 p.m.

Thrivent Financial will be providing ice cream and root beer. The event is free, but there will be a free-will offering. The money collected will go to two area families in need.
