ARGYLE - The Faithweavers of Cornerstone Lutheran Church will be presenting "Children of the World" at 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 23 at the church, 1540 Old Wisconsin 81.
More than 20 local children will be dressed in authentic costumes from across the world and presenting how children of other countries celebrate Christmas. The musical presentation explores the cultural differences of how the birth of Jesus Christ is celebrated and it highlights the importance of mission work and missionaries.
The presentation and worship service starts at 10 a.m. and will last about an hour and 15 minutes. Immediately following will be coffee and cookies fellowship time.
