MADISON - Wisconsin Community Bank announces the promotion of Wendy Carney to treasury management/business development banker. With the change, she is now located at the bank's Madison office, 8240 Mineral Point Road.

In her new role, Carney will devote 100 percent of her time to Wisconsin Community Bank's current and future business clients. Previously, she was a personal banker/business development banker at the bank.
