MONROE - The Caregiver Coalition annual meeting will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Monroe Clinic in the cafe rooms. Attendees can learn about caregiver resources for veterans and their spouses from Margaret Flood, VA caregiver coordinator.
The Green County Caregiver Coalition was formed in 2011 to provide support and assistance to caregivers. The coalition is comprised of community members from a variety of organizations in Green County that support family caregivers. The coalition is united under one mission: to support, educate and advocate for those who give and receive care. The group meets bimonthly to address caregiver needs.
