Mrs. Lauren Burke’s homeroom students at Monroe Middle School are busy at work making holiday cards for soldiers who are actively deployed, as part of the Cards for Our Troops. 

Ellen Hefty helped students assemble their homemade cards for a service member. It was perfect timing since the class was in their thankful/grateful unit of homeroom.
