BRODHEAD - Dancers of the Brodhead Dance Academy will perform in May under the direction of DeAnne Boegli, owner of the dance academy.
This year's theme, "Legends Take the Stage," features music from all genres, including the music of legends such as Prince, Dolly Parton, Otis Redding, Johnny Cash, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and the Beatles. In all, 42 numbers will be performed by more than 300 students from across southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
With 1,800 tickets purchased, they will be performing to sold-out crowds during three performances the weekend of May 20-21 at the Brodhead High School.
