The late Gary Luhman was awarded the Bovay Award from the 2nd Congressional District May 18 at the Republican Party of Wisconsin state convention in Oshkosh. 

His wife Beth, left, and son Ethan, center, accepted the award from Kim Babler, 2nd CD chairman. Luhman was a longtime chairman of the Republican Party of Green County.
