MONTICELLO - The Monticello community blood drive is scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at Zwingli United Church of Christ, Monticello.
"Donating blood is one of the simplest things you can do to help save a a patients life," said Mary Aeberhard, coordinator of the Monticello blood drive. "For the hour it takes to give blood, there could be a whole community of people thankful for another birthday you have given to their loved one."
The New Glarus blood drive will be Friday, April 2. Persons who donated at the previous New Glarus drive are eligible to donate again in Monticello. However, persons who give in Monticello would not be eligible again to give in New Glarus on April 2.
All blood types are needed, so give at the drive that is most convenient to your schedule.
