SOUTH WAYNE — Donations at the South Wayne Red Cross Blood Drive were down for the second month in a row. The quota was set at 47 with 35 potential donors presenting. There were three deferrals and four giving doubles for a total of 36 pints collected.

Alicia Sigafus met her one gallon mark, with Lonnie Stauffer making the 20 gallon mark.

Giving doubles were David Jackson, James Francis, Alicia Sigafus and Dustin Sigafus.

Other donors were Cynthia Jackson, Lovonne Liphart, Gene Metz, Debra Wolff, Peter Figi, Mary Hagen, Steve Lanzsen, Sue Gerloff, Kerry Schultz, Mary McKnight, Connie Meier, Elaine Renken, David Renken, Marcella Harwig, Daryl Miller, Maranda Lomas, Jillene Meier, Kim Francis, Tricia Gibson, Betty Lehman, Monica Koch, John Warner, Jessica Broshous, Janet Goebli, Steve Goebli and Jeffery Anderson.

Donating to the canteen were South Wayne Mart, milk; Valley View Cheese, cheese; St. John’s Catholic church, sandwiches; Carole Broge, cookies and sandwiches; Caren Miller, bars; Joyce Paulson, sandwiches; and Connie Meier, cookies, coffee and crackers.

Helpers for the day were Carole Broge, Caren Miller, Lori Sawdey and Connie Meier, coordinator.
