BLANCHARDVILLE - Circle M Market Farm's second annual Lambs and Lettuces Festival will be held on Saturday, June 7, at 1784 County H, Blanchardville. The open house at the farm offers opportunities for the public to interact with sheep, wool and a variety of baby animals. All are welcome and admission is free.
Activities begin at noon with herpetologist Tom Kessenich introducing live snakes; horse grooming and rides; spinning wheel demonstrations; knitting circle; shearing demonstrations; visits with fiber artists, dyeing yarn, felting wool and spinning; milking goats; coffee roasting and a potluck community dinner followed by a sing-a-long.
