MONROE - Blackhawk Technical College will host its first Community Education open house from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13, at its Monroe Campus and at its Janesville Central Campus.
People can participate in a free Community Education mini-course, register for classes and take a tour of the Monroe or Central campuses. There will be free drawings for door prizes and refreshments.
