Blackhawk Tech fall classes get under way on Monday

MONROE - With the calendar reaching mid-September, both credit programming and community education schedules are underway at the Blackhawk Technical College Monroe Campus.The Community Education schedule features a variety of offerings during the remainder of the month. Classes scheduled to start the week of 9/21 include: • Monday, Sept. 21: MS Word 2007/Beginning, Beginning Conversational Spanish, and QuickBooks-Getting Started; • Tuesday, Sept. 22: Draw-ing Fundamentals, Digital Photography for Beginners, Painting for Beginners, and Welding;• Wednesday, Sept. 23: Genealogy on the Internet, MS Excel 2007/Beginning, and Tai Chi;• Thursday, Sept. 24: Computer for Absolute Beginner and Buying & Selling on E-Bay;• Saturday, Sept. 26: Resp-onsible Beverage Service and Beginning Soap Making.For more information about these and other BTC classes, contact the BTC Monroe Campus at 328-1660, or check the BTC Web site, www.blackhawk.edu.
