Bidding underway at MAC silent auction

MONROE — Monroe Arts Center’s (MAC) 24th Annual Holiday Silent Auction is once again providing a wide variety of unique and one-of-a-kind treasures for holiday shopping lists. The annual auction is on display in Monroe Arts Center’s Rudd Hall, 1315 11th Street, and the silent auction runs through Saturday. Dec. 11.

This year there are two ways to access MAC’s Holiday Silent Auction; you can find the Auction online at 32auctions.com/monroeartscenter, or visit MAC to view the items in person during regular business hours, Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All bidding will take place online this year at 32auctions.com/monroeartscenter.

This important fundraiser for MAC features hundreds of unique items donated by local artists and businesses from Monroe and the surrounding area. To assist shoppers, a catalog shopping guide listing the items by category is provided. This year’s auction categories are Original Art and Handcrafted Items, Holiday Creations, Books, Home and Garden, Toys, Sports, and Recreation, Baked Goods and Specialty Foods, Cheese and Libations, Restaurant and Specialty Dinners, Entertainment and Get-Away, Clothing and Jewelry, and This and That.

Just a few of the items in this year’s auction include a 22” Handcrafted Platter made from Green County Wood, Airplane Rides, Farm Tours, Raclette Dinner for 4, and a Badger themed Christmas Tree to name a few.
