MONROE - The Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the DAR will meet for lunch at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at Swiss Alps restaurant in Monroe.
At 1 p.m., speaker Donna Ditzenberger, a retired teacher from the Monroe School District, will give the group the opportunity to hear a presentation given at the DAR Museum in Washington, D.C. It presents an Aesop's fable and how it relates to one of what's commonly known as the Seven Sins.
The DAR business meeting will follow the program.
