WHITEWATER - Casey Russell of Belleville contributed to a commanding performance by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Collegiate DECA team at the Wisconsin Collegiate DECA State Conference and will advance to compete at the International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California, in April.
Twenty-five members of the UW-Whitewater team traveled to the state conference in Delavan, where they earned a total of 81 awards in a variety of individual and team events.
