Band's Cabaret Night is Saturday

MONROE - The Monroe City Band will present their annual Cabaret Night at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Turner Hall, Monroe. The theme is Music of the Great White Way, Broadway music. The music, from Broadway shows of past and present, is for both listening and dancing.

Among the featured artists are vocalists Sheila Cottral, trombone artist Cary Sheley, and the Studio M Dancers. Master of Ceremonies is Todd Schluesche.

Tickets, $6 each, are available from city band members, at Ruf's in Monroe, or at the door the night of the show. Proceeds will be used to support the city band activities throughout the year. Director of the band is Randy Schneeberger.
