MONROE — Azura Memory Care of Monroe announced Valerie Peralta, executive director, Alysha Clark, caregiver, Holly Englert, caregiver, and Mary Kaiser, caregiver, as Core Value award recipients. The award is part of Azura’s Core Value Rec-ognition Program and 15 recipients were selected company-wide based on nominations received from Azura team members, families and the local community.

Azura’s five core values guide its team members’ everyday actions to continue their mission of transforming the culture of care. Recipients are selected quarterly based on their efforts to help residents, fellow team members and Azura family members in experiencing moments of joy through offering the utmost respect, aiding in their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual recovery, incorporating innovation in care, helping retain the finest and being exceptional every day.
