MONROE - The Elements of Healing arts reception, featuring Deborah Meyer and students, is set for 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 19.
An artist talk will be held at 5:15 p.m. in Monroe Clinic hospital lobby. Refreshments will be served.
Meyer works with multi-media featuring rural landscapes, still life and portraits. She teaches classes and workshops locally and nationally. Joining the exhibition are Meyer's students: Jessica Axon, Phyllis Bergagna, Julie Dreibelbis, Audrey Hein, Amy Hesselbacher, MT Main, Joan Stackpole, Jeanne Stietz, Ailsa Thalacker, Barb Untersee, Anne Watman, Patricia Widolff and Jackie Wyss.
The artists' theme is exploring nature and its healing properties, finding "peace and healing" through their creativity.
