Rummage sale at Pleasant View

MONROE - There will be an annual Residents Council Rummage Sale from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, at Pleasant View Nursing Home. All of the items at the rummage sale are donated by residents, families, staff and the community.

All the proceeds from the rummage sale go into the Residents Council Fund. The council votes on how to spend the money on such things as purchasing candy for Halloween, so children could trick-or-treat at the facility; purchasing flowers for outdoor planters in the spring; and having pizza parties for the residents.
