Historical Society to have breakfast

MONROE - The Green County Historical Society will have a benefit breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, Nov. 7 at Monroe Moose Lodge.

The lodge is located at 639 3rd Ave.

The cost of the breakfast is $6 for adults; $3.50 for ages 6 to 12 years old; and kids under 6 free.

Brodhead

Fall arts, craft show is Saturday

BRODHEAD - The 35th Annual Brodhead Jaycees Fall Arts and Crafts Show will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Brodhead Elementary and Middle Schools.

There will also be a food stand with Walking Tacos, BBQs, baked goods and other items.

Bank kicks off food drive on Nov. 19

MONROE - First National Bank and Trust Company will host a food drive starting Nov. 19. Donations may be dropped off Monday through Friday at any First National Bank and Trust location.

All donations will benefit local pantries.

All types of non-perishable food items are welcome. Financial donations are also accepted and can be dropped off at any First National Bank location or earmarked "Holiday Food Drive," and mailed to First National Bank, 345 E Grand Ave., Beloit, WI 53511.

90th birthday open house is Saturday

ARGYLE - The family of Julia Anderson is hosting a suprise open house in honor of her 90th birthday.

The open house is from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Partridge House, 200 S. State St. in Argyle.

Cake and refreshments will be served.
