WHITEWATER - Mitchell Hartwig, a sophomore human resource management major from Argyle, has been elected to the executive board of the 2015-16 Residence Hall Association, which oversees 13 residence halls at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and two apartment buildings that house students.

The executive board is comprised of students with extensive experience in the residence halls. Beyond serving residents, the executive board is the official voice of the residents.
