ARGYLE - The Apple Grove Lutheran Church community will be offering a Thanksgiving meal from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 24 at the Apple Grove Lutheran Church, 14501 Apple Grove Church Road, Argyle. This is a free meal offered to anyone who would like to attend, eat and join in fellowship.
Donations or non-perishable food items for the local food pantry would be appreciated.
The church also can deliver meals or offer a ride to those unable to travel to the church. Volunteers are needed to help set up, serve, clean up, organize games and activities and deliver meals.
Anyone who plans on going to the meal or who would like to help should RSVP to Rudy at 608-482-5057, preferably by Tuesday, but walk-ins are welcome.
