MONROE - The Fowler Dental Clinic is taking appointments for July and August. The clinic provides free dental care for children living in Green County.
To be eligible, children must be from ages 1 to 12 and have a permanent Green County address. They must receive free or reduced school lunch, or they must be covered by Wisconsin Forward Health/Medicaid and have no other dental insurance.
To schedule an appointment, call 608-328-9404 and leave a message. The dental clinic is staffed by volunteers who will return calls when they can.
