Henry and Melva Tschanz, Monroe, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at Turner Hall in Monroe. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple requests gifts be omitted.
Tschanz and Melva Halvorson were married April 23, 1960, at the First Methodist Church in Monroe.
They have two children, Hal, Monroe, and Heidi (Dave) Driggers, Darien, Ill., and five grandchildren.
