Erwin and Ardellis Rufener, Monroe, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their family from 2 to 5 p.m. June 15 at the Heritage House, Monroe.
Rufener and Ardellis Ufken were united in marriage June 6, 1948 in St. John's Church. Margaret Sonderegger, Monroe, and Arnold Rufener, Belleville, were their attendants.
The couple have two children, Connie (Gary) Betthauser, Camp Douglas, and Paul (Patti) Rufener, New Glarus.
