James and Mary (Phillips) Finley are celebrating their 50th anniversary on Aug. 21, 2015. They were married on Aug. 21, 1965 at St. William Catholic Church, Janesville.
The couple has four children: Pam Finley, Monroe; Chris (Kristin) Finley, Camas, Washington; Tricia (Scott) Threlkeld, Englewood, Colorado; and Cari (Doug) Teff, Louisville, Kentucky. They have nine grandchildren, Morgan and Craig Kennison; AJ, Erik and Meghan Finley; Molly and Ella Threlkeld; and Norah and Bea Teff.
The couple celebrated their anniversary in Rhinelander with their children and grandchildren enjoying the northern Wisconsin cabin life.
