Robert and Betty Dunlavey, Monroe, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the VFW in Monroe. The event will be hosted by their children.

Dunlavey and Betty Boeck were married on Feb. 27, 1960, in Belleville.

They have four children: Doreen (Randy) Babler, Monroe; David (Karri) Dunlavey, Janesville; Kimberly (Gary) Schwartzlow, Monroe; and Daniel (Terri) Dunlavey, Monroe. They also have five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
