Al and Shirley Buri, Monroe, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at St. John's UCC Fellowship Hall in Monroe. The event for friends and relatives will be hosted by their children.

Buri and Shirley Geigel were married Nov. 28, 1958 in Monroe.

Their children are: Beth (Paul) Rahn, Madison; Bryan (Sharon) Buri, Browntown; Bonnie (Roger) Bork, Milledgeville, Ill.; Becky (Ed) Kallas, Monroe; and Bruce (Dawn) Buri, Menomonee Falls; and nine grandchildren.

The couple requests no gifts.
